Fight record, fighting styles, rules/disciplines, gym affiliation, titles, last fight details

5. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:

- ✓ Improve our matchmaking algorithms and services
6. Public Fighter Pool Display
To facilitate matchmaking, we display an anonymized version of fighter data in our public "Discover" section. This includes:
Publicly Visible (Anonymized)
Anonymized identifier (e.g., "Fighter #A1B2C3"), country, fighting discipline, styles, weight class
Never Publicly Displayed
Your name, email, phone number, social media, gym name, exact age, fight record details, or any contact information
This anonymized display allows promoters to see the types of fighters available without exposing your personal identity. Interested parties must contact FightLink directly to be connected with you.
7. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share your data with the following categories of recipients:
Email Service Provider (Brevo)

Matchmaking Partners
When you are matched with a potential fight opportunity, we share relevant profile information (name, record, weight, contact) with the organizing promoter or gym only with your consent or upon your request.
Internal Team Notifications
Our matchmaking team receives notifications when new fighters register to facilitate faster matching. This data is only accessible to authorized FightLink staff.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.
